PRICING

SHIPPING

- All shipments are made F.O.B. Toronto Warehouse
- For all third party shipments, it is the responsibility of the invoiced customer to verify the quantity, quality and accuracy of the goods delivered, prior to any decorating

TERMS

- All first time orders will be shipped C.O.D.
- Terms are net 30 days after approved credit
- Penalties will be applied to all ac counts past due 30 days at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum on the outstanding balance)
- We will withhold all shipments without notification on past due accounts
- NSF cheques will incur a $ 30.00 handling charge
- Custom orders and private labeling are subject to a 50% deposit at time of ordering, with the balance due upon completion
- The merchandise sold remains the property of Quality Knitting Ltd. until full and final payment is received
- We accept VISA, American Express and Mastercard except over invoices already charged to an open credit account
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quality Knitting Ltd. will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer
- All sales are final on custom orders or merchandise that has been worked on
- Cancelled orders will be subjected to 20% restocking fee

RETURNS

- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA number) and then only if merchandise is defective
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid
- Absolutely no credit or returns allowed for merchandise that has been worked on
- Claims for shortage damage or any other discrepancy must be made within 5 days of invoice date
- No returns will be accepted after 10 days of shipment
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and freight charge
- To avoid errors, please inspect all garments prior to decorating
- Samples and discontinued items are not returnable

FABRIC

- Due to slight variances in fabric dye lots and the limitations of printed photographic images, minor differences may exist from the colour shown in this catalogue than the actual fabric colour
